Here is a downtempo mix that I recorded in January of 2008. At the time, I had found an old, dusty box of mixtapes that I listened to in my adolescence. I wanted to record a mix that went naturally with the mixtape concept and something that reminded me of walking down the street adjusting your walkman. This mix has two 30-minute "sides" and includes samples from the Strange Brew comedy album! I'll try to concoct a tracklisting, but there are tracks from DJ Spinna, Pete Rock, Surreal & the Sound Providers, and DJ Tonk.

Minnesota is not a fun place to be in the winter. Snow, sleet, ice, you name it. Here's a 60-minute set that I recorded during a nasty storm last November. A nice combination of old and new house jams always helps me keep warm.
